Design Assets (Commercial License)

All designs, graphics, images, icons, stylesheets (CSS files), and scripts (JavaScript files) are the copyrighted commercial property of Md Adom Ali and Istiak Ahmed Arian. These assets are provided to you under a commercial license with the following conditions:

• Usage Permission: After availing our service, you are granted a license to use these design assets on a single live website only.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, resell, or redistribute these design assets (CSS, JS, images, etc.) for use in any other website, theme, or project without our written permission.
• License Key: Each website will be provided with a unique license key, which is required to receive automatic theme updates and premium support.

4. Client's Responsibilities

As a client, your responsibilities are:

• To provide all necessary information, content, and images for the project in a timely manner.
• To make payments according to the project agreement.
• To maintain the confidentiality of your website's username and password.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best quality service. However, we shall not be liable for any damage or data loss on your website due to unforeseen circumstances (such as server downtime, third-party plugin conflicts, or cyber-attacks). Clients are advised to maintain regular backups of their website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any agreement between us and you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
